Helly Hansen Adventure Series
I participated in the adventure series in Cannock Chase - 25km mountain biking, 10km run, 1.5km canoeing - My team placed 65th out of 140 teams. Was challenging and fun - especially on the old D!
New Pump User
Decided to go on an insulin pump, taking a lot of getting used to and finding the pump annoying being attached 24/7 but this week has been okay (for now). Not a cure - still waiting for that...Just different insulin delivery system
Invited to Auditions for Gladiators UK on Sky One
Got through to auditions - croc walks, medicine ball throws, obstacles, crab walks, sprints - lots of competition and great experience.
Type 1 Diabetes Training Camp
